1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Golden Cane Lawns (“Promoter”), servicing Wellington Point and surrounding Redlands suburbs.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on April 2, 2026 and ends on June 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents located within the Promoter’s service area.

Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements as outlined in the promotional post (e.g. follow the page, like the post, and/or tag friends).

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive either:

Three (3) free lawn mowing services, or

One (1) garden clean up valued up to $500,

whichever is deemed suitable by the Promoter.

Each valid entrant will also receive one (1) $25 voucher to be used within our services.

The prize:

Is not transferable

Is not exchangeable

Is not redeemable for cash

6. Voucher Conditions

The $25 voucher:

Is valid within the Promoter’s service area

Must be redeemed by June 11, 2026

Cannot be combined with other offers unless approved by the Promoter

May be subject to minimum service requirements

7. Service Conditions

The prize services:

Must be used within 10 weeks of the winner being announced

Are limited to standard residential lawn mowing services

Will be scheduled based on availability

Additional services or conditions including but not limited to:

Overgrown lawns

Acreage properties

Green waste removal

Hedging, pruning, or landscaping

may incur additional charges at the Promoter’s discretion.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random on June 11, 2026 or a specified draw date.

The winner will be contacted via the platform used to enter (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) or via provided contact details within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, suburb, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

Lost, late, or misdirected entries

Technical issues affecting entry submission

Circumstances beyond its reasonable control

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform used to promote the giveaway.

12. Changes & Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
